A simple theory has been developed for estimating spin transfer parame¬ters in the linear bond of M2+- F- - Cd2+ in crystals of CSCdF3:M2+(M=Mn or Ni). Data required are the experimental values of transferred and super transferred hyperfine interactions. Using this theory in the mo1ecu1ar orbita1s
