The high fertility rate in the developing countries resulted in different social problems. For intance, inadeqution, and other social welfare aspects are some of the heavy problems. Therefore, during the recent decades control policies for population increase have been an important part of the developing plans in the third world countries. Different procedures are adopted for this purpose as the fertility rate control is a crucial mechanism. To study and analyze the main factors affecting fertility rates, different statistical methods are adopted. Among them, the event history analysis(EHA) using logistic regression models is received the most attention. In this paper we have used this technique to analyze the recently collected sample of fertility data related to ahwaz population.
