For a Second Order Gravity Network in the north—west part of Iran a special method of adjustment, the “Iteration Method” is used. The gravity measurements of this network have been made by author in 1 970. In addition, the mean—error for the gravity difference between the two farthermost bases has been calculated. At the end of the paper, you will find a criticism of the applied method of adjustment for this gravity network.
